Pork 4 Ways

Here is the lunch entree from today. We made everything in house and wanted to showcase some of that beautiful "gunthorp farms" pigs properly. Braised Pork Belly, Green Chile Sausage, Tasso Ham, and Bacon Jam Potatoes.
